As every cat owner knows, nobody owns a cat. ~Ellen Perry Berkeley
I see you have arrived at my humble abode
I hope you will slip off your shoes and take off a load
Carol my servant will greet you of course at the door
She is quite loyal and does my bidding at a meow and a roar
When you are of royalty you must keep your place
Be the one in charge and always save face
Pardon me it is time for my second afternoon nap
Carol just finished my 10th belly rub and pat
You will not see me again for the rest of your stay
I will be busy with grooming for the remainder of the day.
I dedicate this to my wonderful Mom Carol. She loves cats, and is a lover of all animals big and small.
Charming and hilarious! I love it, it's "the cat's meow"!
